JUNIOR CLASSES
Is your junior spending too much time on the Playstation, Ipad or Netflix?
If so bring them to one of our sessions and help motivate them to get active.
Suitable for ages 10+ (strictly 10 years old and above), we have our junior sessions on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30pm.
Each session consists of a mixture of boxing, kickboxing, self defence and alot of strength and conditioning training.
On Fridays the session is open gym where they come in and do their own workout and free train with the full supervision of myself at all times. This teaches them to think for themselves and get creative with their training.
First session is free to see if they like it.

Equipment Needed…
Come dressed in shorts, t shirt, trainers and if you have boxing gloves and shin guards thats great if not i have some you can borrow until your ready to purchase your own.
And don’t forget a drink.
