We offer FREE Health Checks for our members as part of their memberships.

We check the following;

• Blood Pressure

• Body Composition (Bodyfat %, Water % etc)

• BMI (Body Mass Index)

• Flexibility Test

• A Simple but effective fitness test. (We collect certain data to compare against future tests)
